About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Teckovia website or our services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If your business has a separate written agreement with Teckovia, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

Our services

Teckovia serves U.S. HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing businesses. Our services include AI call answering, missed call text back, lead follow-up and CRM automation, and Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Local SEO. The scope, setup and fees for a business customer are agreed separately.

Using our website

• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Do not try to disrupt the website, get around its security or access it with automated tools in a way that harms it or other users.
• Content on the website is general information. It is not legal, financial or professional advice.

AI call answering

If you call a business that uses Teckovia, your call may be answered by an AI voice assistant rather than a person, and it may be recorded and transcribed.

The AI assistant follows the business’s instructions and can make mistakes. The business you called is responsible for its prices, scheduling and the work it does.

Teckovia is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, or you suspect a gas leak, fire or electrical hazard, hang up and call 911 or your utility’s emergency line.

Text message terms

Teckovia sends text messages as Teckovia and on behalf of the businesses that use our services. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided.

• What you will receive: replies to your inquiry, missed-call follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate follow-up and service updates.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming that you have opted out and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP or reach us through our contact page.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell mobile numbers or share text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties.

Responsibilities of business customers

If you are a business using Teckovia, you agree to:

• Give us accurate information about your business, services, service area and rules for handling calls.
• Review and approve the scripts, messages and follow-up rules we set up for you.
• Get any consent required by law before we call or text your customers and leads on your behalf, and honor opt-out requests.
• Follow the laws that apply to your calls and messages, including telemarketing, text messaging and call recording laws, and carrier registration rules.

Third-party services

Some services rely on other companies, such as Google for Google Ads and Local Services Ads, phone and text messaging carriers, and the CRM and calendar tools you connect. Those companies have their own terms and policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their services.

No guarantee of results

We work to help you answer more calls and book more jobs, but we cannot guarantee specific results, such as search rankings, ad performance, number of leads or bookings.

Intellectual property

The website, its content and the Teckovia name and logo belong to Teckovia or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, except as the law allows.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Teckovia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the website or services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the website or services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
